Ensures Smooth Daily Operations By Providing Administrative Support, Including Greeting Visitors, Answering Phones, Managing Correspondence/Clients, Scheduling Appointments And Take Follow-Ups.

Day-to-day work

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls

Skills and qualifications

• Open to freshers
• Education: 12th Pass
• Skills: Data entry, Record keeping, Typing, Basic accounting
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• Someone dependable and organised

Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹11,000 – ₹18,000 per month.
