What the job involves

As a Customer Care Executive (Cce), your work will include:

• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers

• Good knowledge of Computer and Email
