Hr & Compliance Executive To Manage Recruitment, Onboarding, Statutory Compliance (Pf, Esic, Pt, Lwf), Hr Documentation, Attendance Tracking, Hrms, And Mis. Must Have 2/3 Years' Experience, Strong Excel Skills, Excellent English, Compliance Knowledge, Good Computer Proficiency, And Own A Laptop. 9 Hours - 26/27 Days Shift. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• You'll support payroll, attendance and leave management.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws

Candidate profile

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Skills: HRMS, Recruitment, Labour law basics, MS Excel
• Male Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are people-oriented and good communicator

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹30,000 – ₹32,000 per month.
