Buzzworks Business Services Private Limited is looking for a Customer Care Executive to join its team in Banashankari, Bengaluru. The pay goes up to ₹20,000/month. 10 candidates will be hired for this role.

Your responsibilities

As a Customer Care Executive, your work will include:

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• You'll log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• You'll resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: English, Hindi, Kannada
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Hindi, Kannada, English
• You are customer-first and patient

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
