Hirirng For Muthoot Fianance Vertical : Personal Loan Jd :Lead Generation & Sales: Sourcing New Clients, Conducting Field Visits, And Converting Leads Into Disbursed Loans.Document Verification: Reviewing Kyc Documents, Income Proofs (Last 3-6 Months Bank Statements), And Salary Slips.Eligibility Assessment: Checking Applicant Eligibility Based. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Tenth Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Local market knowledge, CRM, Presentation and Negotiation
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹13,000 – ₹17,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

In this role, you will:

• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• You'll share market and competitor feedback with the team.
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
