Drive High Volume Outbound Calls To Leads And Existing Customers To Pitch Personal Loans, Assess Eligibility , Handle Objections, Complete Documentation And Meet Daily Disbursal Targets. Type : Sales, Outbound, Domestic | Languages : Hindi, English

Roles and responsibilities

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant

Compensation

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month.
