Advise Management On Hr Policies, Employee Relations, And Workforce Planning. Develop Strategies To Improve Employee Engagement And Productivity. Monitor Industry Trends And Ensure Compliance With Labor Laws. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

• You'll ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.
• You'll support payroll, attendance and leave management.
• You'll handle employee queries and engagement activities.
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• You will source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with Labour law basics, Recruitment, Screening, Payroll
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• An organised, good communicator attitude

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
