What the job involves

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• You'll follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system

What we are looking for

• Open to freshers
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of English, Hindi, Inbound, Marketing, Mutual Funds, Outbound, Real Estate and Sales
• Male Only
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
