The Front Desk Executive / Receptionist Will Be Responsible For Managing Front Office Operations And Providing Administrative Support To Ensure Smooth Day-To-Day Office Functioning. The Role Involves Visitor Management, Conference Room Coordination, Vendor Liaison, Meeting Logistics, Office Operations Support, And General Administrative Activities. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with Basic accounting, Email etiquette, Data entry, Record keeping
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Your responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
