Providing Personal Care, Such As Assisting With Bathing, Dressing, And Hygiene Needs Of The Patient.Helping Patients Move Safely, Including Transferring From Bed To Wheelchair Or Assisting With Walking.Monitoring The Patients Health And Reporting Any Changes Or Concerns To Medical Staff Or Family Members.Maintaining A Clean And Safe Environment.
