Make Outbound Calls To Customer And Explain Insurance Plans Understand Customer Requirement And Assist Them With Suitable Policies. Follow Up With Intrested Customers And Maintain Customer Details. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• You will resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• You'll identify upsell opportunities where relevant.

Candidate profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Tenth Pass
• Comfortable with Hindi and English, Complaint handling, Typing speed, CRM tools
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone customer-first and calm under pressure

Compensation

Compensation: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month.
