Requirements

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Complaint handling, Active listening, Verbal communication and Typing speed
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• You will identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.

• Timings: 10.00 AM - 6:00 PM | Monday to Saturday
