The Ideal Candidate Will Be Responsible For Reaching Out To Potential Customers, Explaining Loan Products, And Guiding Them Through The Loan Application Process. This Role Requires Excellent Communication Skills, Persistence, And A Positive Attitude T. Type : Sales

What you will do

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy

Compensation

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
