Hr Admin Executive

Chameza Group is looking for an Hr Admin Executive to join its team in Borivali East, Mumbai. The pay goes up to ₹29,000/month. 5 candidates will be hired for this role.

Roles and responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with Payroll, Labour law basics, Recruitment, Screening
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• An organised, people-oriented attitude

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹29,000 per month.
