We Are Hiring A Business Development Associate For Lead Generation In The Education Sector. The Role Involves Connecting With Parents, Answering Their Basic Queries About Our Programs, And Creating Interest For Our Courses. The Candidate Will Assist Parents In Scheduling Appointments For Detailed Counselling Sessions. Good Communication Skills And. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with Negotiation, Lead generation, Customer handling, CRM
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A persuasive, self-motivated attitude

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month.

Your responsibilities

• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• You will identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory.
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
