Clinic Receptionist Spine & General Surgery Clinicwe Are Looking For A Friendly, Well-Presented And Responsible Clinic Receptionist To Manage The Front Desk And Daily Clinic Coordination.Responsibilities: Greet And Assist Patients Professionally Manage Appointments, Calls & Whatsapp Enquiries Maintain Patient Records, Billing & Receipts Coordinate With Doctors, Patients, Hospitals & Diagnostic Centres Handle Follow-Ups And Basic Administrative Work Ensure Smooth Functioning Of The Receptionrequirements: Good Communication Skills, Basic Computer Knowledge And A Patient-Friendly Attitude. Marathi, Hindi & English Communication Skills Preferred. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Typing, MS Office, Record keeping, Data entry
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone dependable and detail-oriented

What you will do

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• You'll handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs

Compensation

Compensation: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month.
