A new Admin Incharge role is open at Chennai Photography Studio V, Nelson Manickam Road, Chennai. Salary is up to ₹30,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Salary

Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Internet Surfing, Ms Word
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
