The Administration & Facility Coordinator Is Responsible For Overseeing The Day-To-Day Administrative, Security, Housekeeping, Maintenance, And Facility Management Activities Within The Warehouse Premises. The Role Ensures Smooth Operational Support, Compliance With Company Policies, Safety Standards, And Efficient Utilization Of Resources. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

In this role, you will:

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• You'll handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹45,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with Data entry, Record keeping, Typing, Email etiquette
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A dependable, organised attitude
