Handle Day-To-Day Purchase Activities For Paper, Packaging Materials, Inks, Adhesives, And Other Consumables.Identify And Develop New Vendors And Suppliers.Compare Quotations And Negotiate Prices, Delivery Schedules, And Payment Prepare And Process Purchase Orders (Pos).Maintain Proper Purchase Records And Documentation. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Advanced Excel

Your responsibilities

As a Purchase Executive, your work will include:

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• You'll handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• You'll manage files, documents and office correspondence.

Skills and qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: Advanced Excel
• Male Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Advanced Excel
• You are organised and detail-oriented

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
