Roles and responsibilities

As an Outbound Sales Executive, your work will include:

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• You will resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Education: Tenth Pass
• Comfortable with CRM tools, Typing speed, Complaint handling, Hindi and English
• Female Only
