Key responsibilities

As a Branch Manager, your work will include:

• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• You'll source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products.

• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of KYC, Documentation, Customer acquisition and MS Excel
