Study And Analyze The Medical Records Forwarded By Clients For Investigation. Make Appropriate Triggers For Investigation. Allocate The Case To Investigators In Field. Monitor The Investigation, Being Done By Field.

Roles and responsibilities

• Follow company processes and safety guidelines
• Coordinate with your supervisor and team members
• Keep simple daily records of your work
• Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time
• Raise issues early and suggest practical fixes
• Maintain a professional attitude with customers and colleagues

What we are looking for

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Time management, Teamwork, Communication and Basic computer use
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• An eager to learn, punctual attitude

Salary

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
