Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products.
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹2,000 – ₹6,000 per month.

• Skills: Documentation, Financial products, KYC, MS Excel
