A new Billing Executive role is open at Cocoatini Chocolatiers, Shamshabad, Hyderabad. 3 candidates will be hired for this role. You can earn up to ₹22,000/month.

Handle Customer Billing, Process Payments, And Manage Cash Registers. Maintain Accurate Records Of Transactions And Resolve Billing Discrepancies. Provide Excellent Customer Service During Payment Interactions. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Reconcile bank statements, vendor and customer accounts
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting
• You will maintain day-to-day books of accounts and ledgers.
• Track receivables and payables and follow up on dues

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹22,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Tenth Pass or equivalent
• Skills: GST, TDS, Bank reconciliation, Tally
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone confidential and numerate
