Billing Executive

A new Billing Executive role is open at Cocoatini Chocolatiers, Shamshabad, Hyderabad. There are 3 open positions. The pay goes up to ₹22,000/month.

Note from the employer

Handle Customer Billing, Process Payments, And Manage Cash Registers. Maintain Accurate Records Of Transactions And Resolve Billing Discrepancies. Provide Excellent Customer Service During Payment Interactions. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• Reconcile bank statements, vendor and customer accounts
• Process invoices, payments and expense claims
• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and ledgers
• You will coordinate with auditors and maintain proper documentation.
• You will support month-end closing and financial reporting.

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Skills: Bank reconciliation, GST, Accounts payable, TDS
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are organised and confidential

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹22,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
