Day-to-day work

• You will identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• You'll meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

Requirements

• Open to freshers
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Domestic, English, Hindi, Inbound, Kannada, Malayalam, Outbound, Tamil
• Good English
