Manage A Document Scanning Involves Converting Physical Paper Documents,Into Digital Formats Using Scanners. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You will greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

Compensation

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Eligibility

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Record keeping, Basic accounting, Email etiquette and MS Office
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are organised and well spoken
