Hiring Hr Recruiter For Malad West, Mumbai. Candidate Should Have 13 Years Of Recruitment Experience, Preferably In Real Estate. Responsibilities Include Sourcing, Screening, Interview Coordination, Onboarding, And Maintaining Hr Records. Strong Communication And Coordination Skills Required. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month.

Your responsibilities

• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• You will manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: MS Excel, Labour law basics, Recruitment, Screening
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are confidential and people-oriented
