We Are Seeking A Persuasive And Customer-Focused Tele-Sales Executive To Promote Our Ipr Services, Including Trademark, Copyright, And Patent Registrations. The Role Involves Generating Leads, Educating Clients About Ipr Benefits, And Achieving Sales Targets Through Outbound And Inbound Calls.

What we are looking for

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Education: Tenth Pass
• Good knowledge of Active listening, Hindi and English, Verbal communication and Complaint handling
• Basic English

Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹18,000 – ₹28,000 per month.

Your responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
