Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹17,000 – ₹26,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

• You'll identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails

What we are looking for

• Open to freshers
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of English, Hindi, Inbound, International, Marathi, Real Estate and Sales
• Good English
