Develop And Maintain Strong Relationships With New And Existing Customersact As The Main Point Of Contact For Customer Inquiries And Concernsensure High Levels Of Customer Satisfaction And Retentionmonitor Customer Accounts And Identify Opportunities For Upselling Or Cross-Sellinghandle Customer Complaints And Provide Timely Resolutionscoordin. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: Customer handling, Target achievement, Negotiation, Lead generation
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone persuasive and self-motivated

Day-to-day work

• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹28,000 – ₹40,000 per month.
