Hsquare Living Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to join its team in Andheri West, Mumbai. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

They Serve As The Primary Point Of Contact For Customers And Are Responsible For Handling Customer Inquiries, Feedback, And Complaints. Customer Relation Managers Work Closely With Sales And Marketing Teams To Improve The Customer Experience. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• You will explain products and offers clearly and handle objections.
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report

Compensation

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Local market knowledge, Lead generation, Negotiation, Customer handling
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are persuasive and self-motivated
