Follow Up With Clients, Maintain Crm Records, Achieve Monthly Sales Targets, And Deliver Excellent Customer Service While Ensuring Compliance With Company Policies. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Sales, Outbound | Languages : Marathi, Hindi, English | Preferred Experience In : Real Estate

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Skills: English, Hindi, Marathi, Outbound, Real Estate, Sales
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Type: Sales, Outbound
• Languages: Marathi, Hindi, English
• Preferred Experience In: Real Estate
• Someone calm under pressure and patient

Day-to-day work

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
