The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Calling Potential Customers And Explaining Our Financial Products And Services. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Outbound | Languages : Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi, Hindi, English

Key responsibilities

As a Telesales Executive, your work will include:

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• You will log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• You will follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of English, Hindi, Kannada, Marathi, Outbound, Tamil and Telugu
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
