Telecalling Process Of Personal Loan No No Target Fixed Salary Plus Incentive Based On The Performance.

Day-to-day work

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

Requirements

• Open to freshers
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Typing speed, Verbal communication, Active listening, Hindi and English
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply

Salary

You will be paid ₹12,000 – ₹17,000 per month.
