What you will do

As a Hdfc Bank Telecalling Process, your work will include:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• You'll resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of English, Hindi, Inbound, Marathi and Sales
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
