Salary

The salary for this role is ₹14,000 – ₹19,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• You will meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Marketing and Sales
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
