Strong Communication, Sourcing And Stakeholder-Management Skills Are Required. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Screening, Payroll and HRMS
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone organised and people-oriented

Roles and responsibilities

• You will coordinate performance reviews and training.
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management.
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws

Compensation

Compensation: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month.
