Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

What the job involves

• Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution
• Monitor team productivity and remove bottlenecks
• Coordinate between vendors, customers and internal teams
• Improve processes and document standard procedures

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: MIS reporting, MS Excel, Process management, Vendor coordination
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are problem solver and proactive
