Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Vendor coordination, Process management, Team handling, MS Excel
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A problem solver, dependable attitude

Key responsibilities

• Monitor team productivity and remove bottlenecks
• You will run daily operations smoothly against defined SLAs.
• You will handle escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare MIS reports and track key metrics
• You will improve processes and document standard procedures.
• Coordinate between vendors, customers and internal teams
