To Make Outbound Calls On The Given Data To Acquire New Donors. To Do Proper Follow Ups After Generating The Leads. Call Donors On Various Campaigns Run By The Organization. To Achieve The Targeted Numbers In Terms Of Donors As Well As Income. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

As a Telesales Executive, your work will include:

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Hindi and English, Active listening, Verbal communication, CRM tools
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone patient and calm under pressure
