Contact Customers With Overdue Loan, Credit Card, Or Emi Payments Through Outbound Calls.Remind Customers About Pending Dues And Payment Deadlines.Explain Outstanding Balances, Late Payment Charges, And Available Payment Options.Negotiate Repayment Plans Within Company Guidelines.Maintain A Professional, Polite, And Empathetic Approach While Handling Customers.Address Customer Queries Related To Payments And Account Status.Follow Up Regularly With Customers Until Payment Is Received Or The Account Is Resolved.Update Customer Interaction Details And Payment Commitments In The Crm Or Recovery System.Meet Daily, Weekly, And Monthly Recovery Targets And Productivity Goals.Escalate Difficult Cases, Disputes, Or Non-Responsive Accounts To Supervisors. Languages : English, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam

Compensation

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
