Your responsibilities

As a Debt Collection Specialist, your work will include:

• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Marathi, Outbound, Punjabi
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

• Someone ethical and detail-oriented
