What you will do

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• You will follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails

Candidate profile

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Verbal communication, Typing speed, Active listening and Hindi and English
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply

Salary

You will be paid ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
