Executive Assistant

Delta Yards is looking for an Executive Assistant to join its team in Andheri, Mumbai. The pay goes up to ₹50,000/month. 20 candidates will be hired for this role.

Manage Organizational Tasks Such As Scheduling, Record-Keeping, And Correspondence. Coordinate With Teams To Ensure Smooth Daily Operations. Oversee Policy Implementation And Handle Administrative Challenges. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

As an Executive Assistant, your work will include:

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence

Salary

You will be paid ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Skills: Email etiquette, Typing, Record keeping, MS Office
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A detail-oriented, organised attitude
