**Job Description Front Desk Executive (Dermatology Clinic)**Welcome Patients, Manage Appointments, Answer Calls, Maintain Patient Records, Handle Billing And Payments, Coordinate With Doctors, Assist With Registrations, Ensure A Clean Reception Area, And Provide Courteous, Professional Customer Service While Maintaining Patient Confidentiality. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• You will coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You will manage files, documents and office correspondence.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Skills: Basic accounting, MS Office, Data entry, Typing
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are organised and well spoken

What you get

Compensation: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month.
