Desai Consultancy wants to bring on an Executive Recruiter for its Andheri East, Mumbai team. Salary is up to ₹20,000/month.

What you get

Compensation: ₹13,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Recruitment, Screening, Payroll, HRMS
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are people-oriented and good communicator

Day-to-day work

As an Executive Recruiter, your work will include:

• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• You will coordinate performance reviews and training.
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• You will source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles.
