Requirements: 7+ Years Of Hr Experience Strong Knowledge Of Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Expertise In Labor Laws & Hr Compliance Experience In Performance Management & Conflict Resolution Good Communication & Leadership Skills Graduate (Any Stream). More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

You will be paid ₹50,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month.

What the job involves

• You'll coordinate performance reviews and training.
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• You'll support payroll, attendance and leave management.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: Payroll, Labour law basics, Screening, HRMS
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone people-oriented and confidential
