Maintain Detailed Records Of Interactions And Escalate Unresolved Issues. Deliver Excellent Customer Service While Meeting Performance Metrics. Type : Inbound, Outbound, Domestic

Roles and responsibilities

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
