Lead Sales Executives, Conduct Team Meetings, Visit Builders, Contractors, Architects & Dealers, Generate New Business, Handle Negotiations, Close Orders, And Achieve Team & Individual Targets. Experience In Hardware/Plywood/Building Materials Preferred. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with Lead generation, Target achievement, CRM, Negotiation
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary

You will be paid ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

As a Business Development Manager, your work will include:

• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers.
